We invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit their latest
work to the Late Breaking Research (LBR) track of the 14th International
Conference on Affective Computing and Intelligent Interaction (ACII 2026),
which will be held in Puebla, Mexico, from 7-10 September 2026.

*Final Call for Late Breaking Research*

The organising committee of the 14th International Conference on Affective
Computing and Intelligent Interaction (ACII 2026) invites submissions to
the Late-Breaking Research (LBR) track. The submission deadline is 28 June
2026.

ACII is the premier venue for interdisciplinary research on the design of
systems that can recognise, interpret, and simulate human emotions and,
more generally, affective phenomena. ACII 2026 will be held as an in-person
event in Puebla, Mexico, September 7th - 10th, 2026.

The Late Breaking Research (LBR) track at ACII provides a venue for authors
to share early-stage work and new ideas that contribute to the community
but have not yet reached a level of validation and maturity to be suitable
for the main or special tracks.

The LBR track offers an opportunity to receive feedback from the community
on early-stage work, explore potential collaborations, and engage in
thought-provoking discussions. All LBR submissions will be peer-reviewed,
presented at the conference as poster presentations, and published as
extended abstracts in the conference proceedings. Please note that, due to
the short turnaround time, authors may not receive detailed peer-review
comments beyond the acceptance decision. Our goal is to ensure that the LBR
track is engaging and inclusive, while showcasing a diverse range of
projects being undertaken within the ACII community.
