[RecSys-HR 2026 WorkRB challenge] - the test phase is open, time to put your team on the leaderboard 🐝

Hi there,

The RecSys-HR 2026 Challenge, powered by WorkRB, has officially entered its
test phase, and the public leaderboard is live on CodaBench! 🐝

We have re-annotated some of the industry's most widely used open-source
skill-extraction benchmarks using a new five-level graded-relevance scheme.
By moving away from flawed binary benchmarks, this challenge is designed to
measure real semantic understanding in AI.

Why you should participate:

  - *Win Big*: Compete for a share of the €4,500 prize pool, which includes
a dedicated track for students.
  - *Get Stage Time*: The strongest submissions earn the chance to be
invited to RecSys-HR in Minneapolis.
