Call for Student Volunteers

Dear Colleagues,

The ACM Symposium on Spatial User Interaction (SUI) 2026 is looking for interested and motivated student volunteers to support us on-site in Bari, Italy, during the conference.

Important Dates
Application Deadline: July 27th, 2026
Notification: July 30th, 2026
Conference: October 10-11, 2026

Serving as a student volunteer is a great way to connect with the international community working on augmented, virtual, and mixed reality, to meet researchers, companies, and students from different countries, and to gain concrete experience in the organization of an international scientific event hosted in Bari. It is also a valuable opportunity to build your network and gather input useful for a thesis, Erasmus, doctorate, or future collaborations.

Student volunteers need to be available to help throughout the conference. You will need to arrive on or before Friday, October 9th at noon for the SV orientation and be available until the end of the conference on Sunday, October 11th.
