The 14th international workshop on e-Health Pervasive Wireless=20
Applications and Services e-HPWAS'26 targets providing optimal, secured=20
and context aware e-health services with the best quality of services=20
(QoS) and user=E2=80=99s experience (QoE). Applications and services are=20
considered in wireless environments and architecture with the use of IoT=20
(Internet of things), big data analysis and a strong heterogeneity of=20
the used access technologies, sensors, terminals, users=E2=80=99 needs an=
d=20
services (data, content, live streams or complex network services). The=20
considered issues of e-HPWAS are related to e-Health care and safety=20
services provided for patients, elderly and dependent persons. These=20
services are generally built using different communication technologies,=20
for different profiles of people and in different contexts and places=20
(e.g. in health institutions, at home, in the city). Provided services=20
should, ideally, be accessible anytime, anywhere and using any kind of=20
device or platform.
eHPWAS encourages the submission of original works describing research=20
results, practical or industrial e-health solutions. Papers describing=20
advanced prototypes, platforms, techniques and general survey for=20
discussing future perspectives and directions are also encouraged.
Topics include but are not limited to:
- e-Health services in smart environments (smart homes, smart medical=20
institutions, smart cities)
- e-Health and the Internet of Things (IoT)
- e-Health and the Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT)
- e-Health, AI, machine learning, explainability and ethics for Digital=20
Health Twins
- Cutting-Edge technologies revolutionize healthcare
- e-Health and 5G/6G networks
- e-Health and Big Data analysis, summarization, prediction
- Sensor networks for e-Health services (e.g. BAN, WPAN, 5G, 6G,=20
LoRaWAN, etc.)
- Enhancing health and wellness with sports, mobility, and exercise=20
management
- Network interoperability in the e-health ecosystems
- Security and trustworthiness of Digital Twins for eHealth
- Wireless sensors, mobiles and cognitive radio networks
- User acceptance of advanced and complex e-health services
- Quality of Experience (QoE) with e-health applications, services and=20
network technologies
- Real-time e-Health services
- Augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and mixed reality (MR)=20
for e-Health
- Digital Twins for Smart Healthcare: Systems, Hospitals and Buildings
- e-Health services composition and adaptation
- Delay tolerant networking (DTN) with e-health services development
- Improving public health: policies and clinical studies
- Norms for e-Health data exchange and distributions
- Existing and ongoing Web norms and communication technologies for=20
e-Health
- Context models for people monitoring and Activities of Daily Living (AD=
L)
- Streamlining healthcare with advanced systems and platforms
- Heterogeneity of e-Health environments and platforms
- Revolutionizing healthcare with robotic solutions
- Techniques and models for performance evaluation, simulation, and=20
optimization
- The future of healthcare: Human-Computer Interaction
Authors are required to submit fully formatted, original papers (PDF),=20
with graphs, images, and other special areas arranged as intended for=20
the final publication. Papers should be written in English conforming to=20
the IEEE standard conference format (two-column, 10 pt font, etc.,=20
including figures, tables, and references). The review submissions are=20
limited to six pages, with two additional pages for final papers=20
(additional charges may apply for additional pages). Conference content=20
will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other=20
Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Each accepted paper must be=20
presented at the conference by one of the co-authors or a third party,=20
otherwise it will not be indexed and archived through IEEE Xplore. Only=20
timely submissions through EDAS will be accepted: https://edas.info/N3517=
