ICITS'27 - 10th International Conference on Information Technology & S=
ystems, to be held at Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cus=
co (UNSAAC), in Cusco, Peru (and online), between the 27th and the 29t=
h of January 2027, is an international forum for researchers and pract=
itioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, r=
esults, experiences and concerns in the several perspectives of Inform=
ation Technology & Systems.=20

We are pleased to invite you to submit your original papers to ICITS'2=
7. They can be written in English, Spanish or Portuguese. All submissi=
ons will be reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importanc=
e and clarity.=20

Submission and Decision=20

Submitted papers written in English (until 12-page limit) must comply =
with the format of the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series (s=
ee Instructions for Authors at Springer Website), must not have been p=
ublished before, not be under review for any other conference or publi=
cation and not include any information leading to the authors=E2=80=99=
 identification. Therefore, the authors=E2=80=99 names and affiliation=
s should not be included in the version for evaluation by the Scientif=
ic Committee. This information should only be included in the camera-r=
eady version, saved in Word or Latex format and also in PDF format. Th=
ese files must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form filled ou=
t, in a ZIP file, and uploaded at the conference management system.=20=


Submitted papers written in Spanish or Portuguese (until 15-page limit=
) must comply with the format of RISTI - Revista Ib=C3=A9rica de Siste=
mas e Tecnologias de Informa=C3=A7=C3=A3o (download instructions/templ=
ate for authors in Spanish or Portuguese), must not have been publishe=
d before, not be under review for any other conference or publication =
and not include any information leading to the authors=E2=80=99 identi=
fication. Therefore, the authors=E2=80=99 names and affiliations shoul=
d not be included in the version for evaluation by the Scientific Comm=
ittee. This information should only be included in the camera-ready ve=
rsion, saved in Word. These files must be uploaded at the conference m=
anagement system in a ZIP file.=20

All papers will be subjected to a =E2=80=9Cdouble-blind review=E2=80=9D=
 by at least two members of the Scientific Committee.=20

Based on Scientific Committee evaluation, a paper can be rejected or a=
ccepted by the Conference Chairs. In the later case, it can be accepte=
d as paper or poster.=20

The authors of papers accepted as posters must build and print a poste=
r to be exhibited during the Conference. This poster must follow an A1=
 or A2 vertical format. The Conference can include Work Sessions where=
 these posters are presented and orally discussed, with a 7 minute lim=
it per poster.=20

The authors of accepted papers will have 15 minutes to present their w=
ork in a Conference Work Session; approximately 5 minutes of discussio=
n will follow each presentation.=20
=20

Publication and Indexing=20

Papers accepted as posters are not published; they are only exhibited,=
 presented and discussed during the conference.=20

To ensure that a paper accepted as paper is published, at least one of=
 the authors must be fully registered by the 18th of November 2026, an=
d the paper must comply with the suggested layout and page-limit. Addi=
tionally, all recommended changes must be addressed by the authors bef=
ore they submit the camera-ready version.=20

No more than one paper per registration will be published. An extra fe=
e must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of=
 one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only =
the participation of one author in the conference.=20

Papers written in English and accepted and registered will be publishe=
d in Proceedings by Springer, in a book of the Lecture Notes in Networ=
ks and Systems series, will  be submitted for indexation by Scopus, Wo=
S, DBLP, Google Scholar, among others, and will be available in the Sp=
ringerLink Digital Library.=20

Papers written in Spanish or Portuguese and accepted and registered wi=
ll be published in a Special Issue of RISTI and will be submitted for =
indexation by by ProQuest, EBSCO, Google Scholar, among others.=20
