ociety ( QUITANS 2026 ) ::=0A:: Peschiera del Garda (Verona), Italy :: =0A=

026/conference_QUITANS_2026.html=0A=0A=0A=0AWe are moving quickly towards=
the new era called =E2=80=9CQuantic-Nanotechnological-Self-Sufficient Er=
a=E2=80=9D, where the emergence of artificial intelligence will occur. In=
that sense, a few years ago, the transformation of traditional computer =
science started, whose minimal unit of information are the =E2=80=9Cbits=E2=
=80=9D, towards to the =E2=80=9Cqubit=E2=80=9D. That is to say, the minim=
al unit of information in quantum computers.=0A=0A=0AAlthough in the 20th=
century the bits have revolutionized the new information technologies an=
d interactive communication, the qubits will bring new innovating winds f=
or all humankind and the society of information towards an exponential re=
volution and transformation of the human-computing-nature interactions. T=
he limits of those interactions and interrelations, orthogonal or not, ex=
ist only in the imagination and creativity of human intelligence and arti=
ficial intelligence. The current space intends to set up those first fund=
amental links between the bits, quibits, the human being and the context =
whether it is natural or artificial.=0A=0A=0AThe current overcoming of th=
e limits of miniaturization does not only constitute a challenge to the f=
actual, formal and natural sciences, but also a great opportunity for the=
new horizons of quantum computing. We are facing new paradigms in the se=
ctor of the new technologies, since we will move from the laws of classic=
al physics valid for the macroscopic world, to the realization of calcula=
tions based on the laws of quantum physics, which control the smallest co=
mponents of the universe, such as the atoms and the particles.=0A=0A=0ASi=
mulations, for instance, through the quantum computers, will open a host =
of new disciplines and lines of research, especially in the field of the =
communications between human beings and computers, biology, medicine, che=
mistry, astronomy, trade, new materials, among so many others. Natural fi=
elds of work for chemists, mathematicians, physicists, nuclear engineers,=
aeronautical engineers, electronic engineers, industrial engineers, soft=
ware engineers, among others will emerge. These new fields will require r=
esearchers unlike those who, for years or even decades, have been trivial=
ly dedicating themselves to the handicapped and/or disabled people, infor=
mation retrieval, conversational agents, embodied interaction, gamificati=
on, computer supported cooperative learning, model-driven engineering, ro=
botics, user experience, universal accessibility, educational ecosystems,=
recommender systems, and a long etcetera thus destroying the scientific =
and exact contents of the software engineering or CHI to mention two exam=
ples.=0A=0A=0AThese simulations will allow the realization of models of a=
ny physical system and predict behavior, which entails a better understan=
ding of the microscopic world that surrounds us. At the moment in which t=
he democratization of the quantum computers takes place, an endless serie=
s of revolutionary developments will occur in all the branches of the for=
mal, factual and natural sciences, add technological innovations, awaitin=
g their good use in medicine, education, renewable energies, agronomy, th=
e preservation of the natural parks, and so on.=0A=0A=0AWe are at the beg=
inning of a new era, such as was computer science in the 60s, when nobody=
knew for certain where the birth and development of the internet could t=
ake humanity, and especially since its democratization in the 90s. In sho=
rt, these are times of major breakthroughs, and with a huge repercussion =
on both everyday life and the progress of scientific knowledge. Therefore=
, we are facing a kind of natural and artificial selection of the content=
s of the bits towards the qubits. Our main areas of topics can be summari=
zed in the following groups of sub-topics, which do not mean that other d=
isciplines, domains, specializations, and so forth, cannot be included in=
them (see below).=0A=0A=0AMany conferences are focussed on specific aspe=
cts of advanced visual interface, agriculture, artificial intelligence, a=
utomatization, computer science, education, podcasting, emergency service=
s, HCI / CHI, ICT, machine learning algorithms, programming, security, si=
mulation, users, children, IDC, IR, disabled people, older adults, opinio=
n mining, etc., and bring together leading experts in a particular field =
or sometimes on a specific technology. Our conferences, workshops, sympos=
iums, etc., are not a big scale (thousands) and aim to promote dialogue b=
etween established professors, research experts, pedagogues, and so on, a=
nd students, programmers, designers, managers, and so forth, working on n=
ew directions.=0A=0A=0AHence topics from the whole range of quantum commu=
nication, models of quantum computation, simulations, computing graphics =
processing, artificial intelligence, information theory, sciences and dis=
ciplines for quantum technologies, complex networks nature and society, a=
griculture automatization, environment and development, new professions i=
n quantum computing, and so on, are welcomed.=0A=0A=0ALast year=E2=80=99s=
symposiums, workshops, conferences, and so forth, organized by AInCI and=
ALAIPO, for instance, included papers, demos, research-in-progress, doct=
oral consortium, posters, etc., on the topics (see below the alphabetical=
order). An extensive listing connotes and reflects the requirement and a=
lso skill necessary to find intersection zones of the disciplines among t=
he different domains, fields, and specialities; which at the same time po=
tentially boosts and merges the formerly different scientific views.=0A=0A=
