between education and learning, as well as between communication, informa=
tion and data, to name a couple of examples. However, nowadays they are m=
istakenly used as synonyms, through new information technologies, and mor=
e specifically, in social networks and in educational institutions. From =
the perspective of communication theory and information technology, the s=
um of each of the contributions made by the pioneers and specialists of t=
he 20th century provided a more accurate picture of reality and context.=0A=
=0AA reality that could not be easily manipulated by traditional media (p=
ress, radio and television) as it is now, through the bits of information=
 technology or the pixels of plasma screens. In addition, when this manip=
ulation undermines the foundations of the democratic system, those respon=
sible for it must assume responsibility for the seriousness of such event=
s, particularly in the places where future generations are educated.=0A=0A=
Usually, teachers have as their main role to impart knowledge or skills i=
n the educational process. Education is a formal process that can be deve=
loped within physical classrooms and/or at a distance, through virtual cl=
assrooms or campuses, thanks to the democratization of the Internet. On t=
he other hand, the learning process is more extensive and long-lasting ov=
er time, since it involves a constant acquisition of new knowledge, skill=
s and abilities, through various channels or communication instruments, w=
hether interactive or not.=0A=0AThrough education and learning, today, mi=
llions of human beings are trying to quickly acquire the basic knowledge =
to understand the functioning, the main benefits and possible disadvantag=
es of artificial intelligence, but with a great difference from what happ=
ened in the process of democratization of the Internet at the end of the =
20th century. This contrast is that the media have begun to emit two alar=
m signals, in the social metamorphosis that is intended to be achieved in=
 the short term. On the one hand, the imposition of an ambivalent model o=
f the democratic electoral system, through the algorithms used by artific=
ial intelligence, that is, =E2=80=9Calgocracy.=E2=80=9D=0A=0AThis is a bi=
polar paradigm: Algorithms + democracy, or also, algorithms + autocracy. =
On the other hand, this last equation has begun to be observed with educa=
tional corruption and verticalist / authoritarian power, which is being s=
ilently implemented in the classrooms.=0A=0ABoth alarm signals have begun=
 to sound lately, at the time of choosing the main institutional authorit=
ies (rectors), supposedly respecting the statutes of university autonomy.=
 However, the media tells us that democracy no longer exists in certain a=
cademic areas, due to the expansion of the G Factor (G =3D Gardu=C3=B1a /=
 Gardunia). These first signs reveal the possibility of losing the democr=
atic system in universities.=0A=0AThese educational centers should have a=
s their north in their daily activities universal access to secular educa=
tion, and not formative commercialism. As is well known, =E2=80=9Ceducati=
on=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9Chealth=E2=80=9D are the two fundamental pillars =
of any society that calls itself developed from a cultural point of view.=
 Therefore, it is necessary to examine in detail this negative factor cal=
led the Gardu=C3=B1a (Spanish) or Gardunia (English), which from the comp=
uter sciences is not only eating away at the foundations of universities =
founded in the 13th century (Salamanca), or those nominally referred to E=
uropean royalty (i.e., Carlos III in Getafe, Legan=C3=A9s, etc. =E2=80=93=
Madrid), or new international university (La Rioja), or universities of r=
egional / autonomous governements (Balearic Islands, Basque Country, Cast=
illa-La Mancha, Catalonia =E2=80=93Barcelona, Lleida, Girona=E2=80=93, Te=
nerife, Valencia, Zaragoza, La Rioja, Andalusia, and so on) to cite some =
examples from the "Mare Nostrum" or Mediterranean area, but also promotes=
 social, global disinformation, and educational / research corruption.=0A=
=0AWhile many in the education and computer science sector present themse=
lves as data analysts, promoters of educational excellence, specialists i=
n the didactic use of the latest information and communication technologi=
es, strategists in the transfer of knowledge between the university and i=
ndustry / business, promoters of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises=
) with artificial intelligence, organizers of ethics committees, etc., th=
e truth is that the media and its professionals observe how telling the t=
ruth and exercising freedom of expression is no longer possible because t=
he Gardunia intend to impose the gag law throughout our planet.=0A=0AIn t=
his space we intend to unite synergies to counteract that negative factor=
 that is the Gardu=C3=B1a / Gardunia, which implies in an explicit and im=
plicit way the annihilation of the democratic system through the ICTs. Th=
erefore, in this space we invite all communicators (editor, journalist, p=
ublicist, web content manager, and so on), teachers, students, researcher=
s, industrialists, businessmen, etc., to present true cases of personal a=
nd/or group experiences, results of experiments, reports of criminal acts=
, detailed verification of fraud, and so on; ranging from the granting of=
 academic degrees, scholarships, prizes, and so forth, rigged in advance,=
 publications arranged between friends, pathological narcissism in social=
 networks, university elections with allegations of fraud, favoritism for=
 access to lifelong teaching positions and the rest of the illegal action=
s that the members of the Gardu=C3=B1a / Gardunia enjoy with global =E2=80=
=9Cimmunity=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9Cimpunity.=E2=80=9D These actions are be=
ing transferred to artificial intelligence systems through the use of cha=
tbots and ethics committees of local people. =0A=0AThis is a reality that=
 is already affecting the quality of education, the veracity of online da=
ta and the transparency of citizen information and communicability. Below=
