ce reveals positive and negative effects stemming from sectors of society=
 that seek to undermine this process. For example, users of interactive s=
ystems, as well as designers, programmers, analysts, engineers, and other=
s working on computer systems, find themselves completely defenseless whe=
n algorithms are illegally manipulated by individuals who sell themselves=
 to the highest bidder. In other words, when observe that some tiny group=
s within society, posing as false =E2=80=9Cchampions of global users' rig=
hts=E2=80=9D, attempt to control scientific developments. =0A=0AAn indivi=
dual analysis of the members of these groups reveals that they were forme=
d in societies that have endured long periods of dictatorship in the Amer=
icas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and so on. The vertical educational structure=
s and the management of human capital have not changed over time. A commo=
n denominator among those at the top of this management structure has bee=
n their involvement with private and/or religious institutions at some st=
age of their education. =0A=0AThis is one of the reasons for the interest=
 in the ethical implications of the rise of artificial intelligence, whic=
h is forming destructive and worldwide power lobbies, as is generally the=
 case with the latest technological innovations, aimed at the base of the=
 population pyramid. Actually, these groups can act with impunity from wi=
thin the university sphere, sheltering under the umbrella of university a=
utonomy, disabled people, gender studies, STEAM =E2=80=93just to cite a f=
ew examples=E2=80=93, in democratic countries. When discovered, they refu=
se to be investigated, citing reasons such as =E2=80=9Cthe good of the un=
iversity's corporate image.=E2=80=9D =0A=0AA close look at these individu=
als reveals the presence of narcissism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism=
, yet they have managed to maximize their economic gain while minimizing =
labor costs. These groups have jumped on the bandwagon of artificial inte=
lligence with the aim of increasing their mercantilist and tyrannical pow=
er. To this end, constantly they are resorting to terms like emotions, em=
pathy, and ethics. =0A=0AWith the first, =E2=80=9Cemotions,=E2=80=9D they=
 expand into neurological aspects; with the second, =E2=80=9Cempathy,=E2=80=
=9D they manipulate individual and social communication; and with the thi=
rd, =E2=80=9Cethics,=E2=80=9D they present themselves as false champions =
of universal justice. This manipulation of the triad has been observed in=
 recent decades in the evolution of usability engineering, human-computer=
 interaction, user experience, human-centered design, interaction design =
and children, gender equality, educational ecosystems, information retrie=
val, recommender systems, empirical software engineering, web research, a=
fective computing, podcasting, wearable sensors, and so on. =0A=0AInteres=
tingly, the ethical, and often aesthetic, epicenters of those who practic=
e these deviations from the epistemology of science are located in privat=
e and/or religious education, which tend to be above any system of norms =
or legal structures. So much so that within these university educational =
contexts, they resort to lawyers to promote anonymity for their illegal a=
ctions, such as silencing journalists, censoring content on scientific pl=
atforms, threatening editors, and the relentless persecution and professi=
onal destruction of other colleagues, among many other criminal acts. =0A=
=0AThese actions are punishable under criminal law and are worlds apart f=
rom freedom of expression, or the rights to human dignity, the veracity o=
f information, and the transparency of public officials' activities, amon=
g many others, such as the denigration of journalists, to cite just one e=
xample. These fake lawyers not only misuse social media, starting with di=
gital photography, video, podcast, etc., in social networks, but also pro=
mote the distortion of reality in exchange for money from their corrupt c=
lients. Therefore, they are invisible sources that daily promote social a=
nd academic corruption, among others, and also contribute to the academic=
 failure of future generations interested in new technologies, the modern=
ization of science, and education. =0A=0AActually, many of these actions =
remain hidden even with artificial intelligence. Consequently, we are fac=
ing an exponential phenomenon where artificial intelligence and all its p=
ositive applications take on a negative character when these human and so=
cial factors come into play. These negative components will daily undermi=
ne the harmonious progress of the democratization of sciences =E2=80=93fo=
rmal, natural, and factual=E2=80=93 whose ultimate goal is the common goo=
d of society. While there are many academic spaces where technological ad=
vancements in the use of artificial intelligence can be debated and excha=
nged regularly, in the form of seminars, workshops, symposia, conferences=
, etc., a significant gap is evident. =0A=0AThat is to say, there is a la=
ck within AI that focuses attention on these human factors, where the Ome=
ga generation, through the =E2=80=98G=E2=80=99 factor (G =3D Gardu=C3=B1a=
 =E2=80=93Spanish or Gardunia =E2=80=93English) is once again attempting =
to undermine the democratization process of a new international computing=

 current and future technological context, which relates to the harmoniou=
s advancement of the responsible use of artificial intelligence, in contr=
ast to those who, under the guise of a false legality, and the triadic re=

, are fostering the destruction of the democratization process by resorti=
ng to the illegal use of computer algorithms (classical or quantum), whet=
her intelligent or not. =0A=0ABy the way, we note that other associations=
, institutes, federations, etc., international pioneers in the advancemen=
t of computer science, electronics, information processing, and computing=
 machinery, do not have mechanisms in place for the definitive eradicatio=
n of these dangers for future generations of users. They only have bureau=
cratic mechanisms, such as filling out forms or email addresses, which no=
t only fail to solve problems but also fail to respond to messages when e=
thics are conspicuously absent in certain areas that they themselves endo=

oftware aspects of artificial intelligence, both current and those of the=
 immediate future, will also be considered and studied in detail in this =
