Conference on Quantum Information Technologies Applied to Nature and Soci=
ety ( QUITANS 2026 )=0A =0A=0A:: Peschiera del Garda, Italy :: =0A=0A:: 7=
 - 9 September 2026 ::=0A=0Ahttps://www.alaipo.com/QUITANS-2026/conferenc=
e_QUITANS_2026.html=0A=0A=0A=0AWe are moving quickly towards the new era =
called =E2=80=9CQuantic-Nanotechnological-Self-Sufficient Era=E2=80=9D, w=
here the emergence of artificial intelligence will occur. In that sense, =
a few years ago, the transformation of traditional computer science start=
ed, whose minimal unit of information are the =E2=80=9Cbits=E2=80=9D, tow=
ards to the =E2=80=9Cqubit=E2=80=9D. That is to say, the minimal unit of =
information in quantum computers.=0A=0A=0AAlthough in the 20th century th=
e bits have revolutionized the new information technologies and interacti=
ve communication, the qubits will bring new innovating winds for all huma=
nkind and the society of information towards an exponential revolution an=
d transformation of the human-computing-nature interactions. The limits o=
f those interactions and interrelations, orthogonal or not, exist only in=
the imagination and creativity of human intelligence and artificial inte=
lligence. The current space intends to set up those first fundamental lin=
ks between the bits, quibits, the human being and the context whether it =
is natural or artificial.=0A=0A=0AThe current overcoming of the limits of=
miniaturization does not only constitute a challenge to the factual, for=
mal and natural sciences, but also a great opportunity for the new horizo=
ns of quantum computing. We are facing new paradigms in the sector of the=
new technologies, since we will move from the laws of classical physics =
valid for the macroscopic world, to the realization of calculations based=
on the laws of quantum physics, which control the smallest components of=
the universe, such as the atoms and the particles.=0A=0A=0ASimulations, =
for instance, through the quantum computers, will open a host of new disc=
iplines and lines of research, especially in the field of the communicati=
ons between human beings and computers, biology, medicine, chemistry, ast=
ronomy, trade, new materials, among so many others. Natural fields of wor=
k for chemists, mathematicians, physicists, nuclear engineers, aeronautic=
al engineers, electronic engineers, industrial engineers, software engine=
ers, among others will emerge. These new fields will require researchers =
unlike those who, for years or even decades, have been trivially dedicati=
ng themselves to the handicapped and/or disabled people, information retr=
ieval, conversational agents, embodied interaction, gamification, compute=
r supported cooperative learning, model-driven engineering, robotics, use=
r experience, universal accessibility, educational ecosystems, recommende=
r systems, and a long etcetera thus destroying the scientific and exact c=
ontents of the software engineering or CHI to mention two examples.=0A=0A=
=0AThese simulations will allow the realization of models of any physical=
system and predict behavior, which entails a better understanding of the=
microscopic world that surrounds us. At the moment in which the democrat=
ization of the quantum computers takes place, an endless series of revolu=
tionary developments will occur in all the branches of the formal, factua=
l and natural sciences, add technological innovations, awaiting their goo=
d use in medicine, education, renewable energies, agronomy, the preservat=
ion of the natural parks, and so on.=0A=0A=0AWe are at the beginning of a=
new era, such as was computer science in the 60s, when nobody knew for c=
ertain where the birth and development of the internet could take humanit=
y, and especially since its democratization in the 90s. In short, these a=
re times of major breakthroughs, and with a huge repercussion on both eve=
ryday life and the progress of scientific knowledge. Therefore, we are fa=
cing a kind of natural and artificial selection of the contents of the bi=
ts towards the qubits. Our main areas of topics can be summarized in the =
following groups of sub-topics, which do not mean that other disciplines,=
domains, specializations, and so forth, cannot be included in them (see =
below).=0A=0A=0AMany conferences are focussed on specific aspects of adva=
nced visual interface, agriculture, artificial intelligence, automatizati=
on, computer science, education, podcasting, emergency services, HCI / CH=
I, ICT, machine learning algorithms, programming, security, simulation, u=
sers, children, disabled people, older adults, opinion mining, etc., and =
bring together leading experts in a particular field or sometimes on a sp=
ecific technology. Our conferences, workshops, symposiums, etc., are not =
a big scale (thousands) and aim to promote dialogue between established p=
rofessors, research experts, pedagogues, and so on, and students, program=
mers, designers, managers, and so forth, working on new directions.=0A=0A=
=0AHence topics from the whole range of quantum communication, models of =
quantum computation, simulations, computing graphics processing, artifici=
al intelligence, information theory, sciences and disciplines for quantum=
technologies, complex networks nature and society, agriculture automatiz=
ation, environment and development, new professions in quantum computing,=
and so on, are welcomed.=0A=0A=0ALast year=E2=80=99s symposiums, worksho=
ps, conferences, and so forth, organized by AInCI and ALAIPO, for instanc=
e, included papers, demos, research-in-progress, doctoral consortium, pos=
ters, etc., on the topics (see below the alphabetical order). An extensiv=
e listing connotes and reflects the requirement and also skill necessary =
to find intersection zones of the disciplines among the different domains=
, fields, and specialities; which at the same time potentially boosts and=
merges the formerly different scientific views.=0A=0A=0AIn short, we foc=
us on the following main and secondary subjects, which do not exclude oth=
ers of great current or future interest, alphabetically listed in the fol=

=0AThe AUTHORS CAN PRESENT MORE THAN ONE RESEARCH WORK WITH ONLY ONE REGI=
STRATION (2 contributions). For example: Paper #1 and paper #2; paper and=
short paper; paper and poster ; demo and poster; research-in-progress an=
d demo; etc. More information: =0A=0Ahttps://www.alaipo.com/QUITANS-2026/=
conference_QUITANS_2026_paper.html=0A=0AAll contributions should be of hi=
gh quality, originality, clarity, and significance and not published else=
where or submitted for publication during the review period. =0A=0A=0AAll=
submitted research works will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least th=
ree reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review. These three kin=
ds of review will support the selection process of those that will be acc=
epted for their presentation at the international conference. Authors of =
accepted research works who registered in the conference can have access =
to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who re=
commended the acceptance of their research works, so they can accordingly=
improve the final version of their contributions.=0A=0A=0A=0A:: Addition=
al Information =0A=0A1) Works Submissions: OPEN. =0A=0AConsequently, as t=
hey are received, they will be evaluated. It is a way to speed up the pro=
cess to make up the final program of the international conference, visa r=
equirements, should plan travel well in advance, and so on. In other word=
s, it is not necessary to wait until the deadline to send them for the ev=
aluation process. =0A=0ACamera-ready, full papers: August, 20th.=0A=0A2) =
Conference proceedings (Color =3D digital version and B/W =3D paper versi=
on). Digital version off-line (conference room/s) and analogical / paper =
version next December 2026 / January 2027 (after conference)=0A=0A3) Part=
icipation for the selection of the best contributions (paper, short paper=
, demos, research-in-progress, poster, etc.) and best research awards (ce=
