Experiential Learning Cycle

One of the models that I am interested in hte the "Experiential Learning =
Cycle" model by Kolbe. This model reflects four stages, 1) Concrete Exper=
ience, Reflections, Conceptualism and Experimentation. My target audience=
 is teaching faculty and ultimate goal is a organizational learning insti=
ture. besides Kolbe, thata is the HOney & Mumford: Topology of Learners M=
odel. My question is if you have any knowledge where these models have be=
en applied within a collegiate institute with any success? Or, if the mem=
bership has any other models which may be well suited to a design of a le=
arning organization.
