Workshop on PRecision Individualized MEDicine with Artificial Intelligence
and Bioinformatics (*PRIMED 2025*), to be held remotely in conjunction with
the IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (BIBM
2025),

*Workshop Scope*

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Bioinformatics are rapidly transforming
the landscape of precision medicine, offering unprecedented opportunities
for individualized therapies, multi-omics integration, and predictive
modeling. However, these advances also raise challenges related to high
dimensionality, heterogeneity, interpretability, and clinical validation.

The PRIMED 2025 workshop aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by
providing a venue for AI researchers, clinicians, biomedical scientists,
and industry/healthcare experts to present novel AI and bioinformatics
methods that advance individualized and data-driven medicine.


*Papers are welcome from the following topics (but not limited to):*

-       Patient-specific modeling and simulation

-       AI and machine learning for precision medicine

-       Drug discovery

-       Medical Image analysis

-       Omics data analysis

-       Deep Learning architectures for biomedical data analysis

-       Deep learning for multi-omics data integration

-       Real-world data and federated learning in healthcare

-       Causal inference and explainability in clinical decision support
systems

-       Predictive modeling for drug response and toxicity

-       Biomarker discovery

-       Time-series and longitudinal data analysis for patient monitoring

-       Ethics, fairness, and transparency in AI-driven medicine

-       Large language models in biomedical applications


*Submission Guidelines*

-       Full Papers, up to 8 pages according to BIBM 2025 paper template
(IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines -

will undergo a regular review process.

*All accepted PRIMED 2025 workshop full papers will be published in the
BIBM 2025 proceedings. *
