We are pleased to announce that, due to several requests from the research =
community, the paper submission deadline for the 1st IEEE International Wor=
kshop on AI-Driven Distributed Cyber-Physical Systems for Smart Medical Sol=
utions (AiDDRESS-MED 2026) has been extended to July 31, 2026.
We warmly invite you to submit your latest research and join us at AiDDRESS=
-MED 2026, co-located with the 24th IEEE International Symposium on Network=
 Computing and Applications (NCA 2026).

Artificial Intelligence (AI), distributed systems, and Cyber-Physical Syste=
ms (CPS) are rapidly reshaping modern healthcare and medical infrastructure=
s. AI-driven CPS enable intelligent, adaptive, and real-time network-based =
interactions between physical medical devices and digital infrastructures, =
fostering scalable, resilient, and human-centric smart medical solutions.
AiDDRESS-MED 2026 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and in=
dustry experts working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, dist=
ributed systems, cyber-physical systems, and healthcare technologies. The w=
orkshop will focus on both foundational challenges in distributed intellige=
nt infrastructures and cutting-edge applications in smart medical environme=
nts.
We invite original contributions on topics including (but not limited to):

  *   AI-driven Cyber-Physical Systems for medical applications
  *   Distributed and federated learning in healthcare
  *   Network paradigms and distributed architectures for medical systems
  *   Edge-cloud continuum for medical CPS
  *   Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) and wearable devices
  *   Digital twins for smart medical systems
  *   Big data analytics for healthcare networks
  *   Blockchain and decentralized healthcare infrastructures
  *   Security, privacy, and trust in medical CPS
  *   Real-time monitoring and predictive healthcare systems
  *   Human-in-the-loop AI for clinical decision support
  *   Interoperability and standardization in healthcare systems
  *   AI for networked medical infrastructures
  *   Agentic AI for distributed medical CPS
  *   Autonomous and multi-agent AI in medical environments

Submission Guidelines

  *   Full Papers: up to 6 pages according to the IEEE conference template
  *   One additional page is allowed at extra cost
  *   Papers will undergo single-blind peer review
  *   Accepted papers will be included in the IEEE NCA 2026 proceedings and=
 submitted to IEEE Xplore

  *   Acceptance Notification: September 11, 2026
  *   Camera-Ready Deadline: September 26, 2026
