The International Conference on Smart Learning Environments (ICSLE 2014)
aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to
discuss issues related to the optimization of learning environments to
enhance learning. The focus is on the interplay of pedagogy, technology and
their fusion towards the advancement of smart learning environments.



Confirmed Keynotes:

* Dr. Larry Johnson of New Media Consortium that produces Horizon Reports

* Dr. Diana Laurillard of London Knowledge Lab





Conference Outcomes:



* Proceedings in Springer's Lecture Notes in Educational Technology series.

* Extended versions of selected papers will be invited for Springer's Smart
Learning Environments journal (Open access journal)

* An edited book is planned under Springer's Lecture Notes in Educational
Technology series from extended version of a selection of papers focusing
on practical innovations.

* Authors of cutting-edge research will be invited to expose their
innovations under "Inspiring Stories" section of the International
Association of Smart Learning Environments website.
