Dear all,

I just discovered the UK Global Watch mission report "Innovation
through people-centred design - lessons from the USA" that summarises
the results of an official UK field trip to the US to investigate the
impact of people-centred research in the design process.

It is a highly interesting read, both for the overview it provides on
the field and on the issues it raises on people-centred design in the
USA and in Europe.
