====
My name is Terry Stone, and I am helping coordinate the Hurricane
Katrina Disaster Effort for AIGA. Since I am the former president of
AIGA Miami and was president at the time of Hurricane Andrew (1992)
that caused so much damage there, I volunteered to help out in this
current crisis. Back then, AIGA Members were very generous to us.

We're in the early stages work on the Relief Task Force. Obviously
we want to react very quickly, but purposefully to provide
assistance. However, immediately we need to create a Database to
track both Victims and Volunteers.
Do you know anyone who can help us? Someone very savvy in this
specialty?

We are working to get everyone (Victims & Volunteers) to respond
through a central source, the AIGA Relief form on the National
website, in order to make coordination efforts possible. We need to
connect that collected data into a database management program (at
least Excel, better in Filemaker or other Data Management Program)
that lives online (password protected) and can be accessed in order
to "match make" the Victims and Volunteers. Not too tough job for
someone good at this.

Please let me know if you can help...

So far we have created 4 Excell Spreadheet Databases:
1. Members (Victims/Potential Victims)
2. Members (Volunteers)
3. Student Members (Victims)
4. Sponsors
