Hello,

Sorry for cross posting!

I am employed at a usability agency in Belgium.
We are planning usability tests or one of my customers on a mobile device
for label making & printing.

I have to recrute test users for the testing of the device between May 22nd
and May 24th.
Testing will take place in the USA (NY City area), and also in Germany and
in France.

It is quite a challenging task to recruit test users from another continent!

For the tests need:
Set 1: two people who have not yet used my customers¹ device
Set 2: two people who use a device from the competition

Both groups preferably office managers & secretaries, between 20-35 and
female (the latter is not a must)

For France and Germany I need the same two sets of people.

There will be additional testing with people already using my customers¹
device, but my customer will provide those profiles.

I have some questions, too:

Who can help me recruit these profiles?
What about recruitment agencies? What is their fee?
Where can I rent an office for two or three days to perform the test
(preferably in the city). Or, do you think it is better to test the device
at the test users¹ workplace? Is that feasible?
What is a normal incentive value in the States ($?)

Any input would be very much appreciated. You can email me personally if you
like.

Kind regards,

Sigrid
