To gather information for the next edition of "Information
Architecture for the World Wide Web," Lou Rosenfeld and Peter
Morville have been surveying the Information Architecture community.

The newest survey "IA Education Survey, for Practitioners" is now
open.

This survey consists of six to eight questions, and we estimate it
will take five to ten minutes to complete. This survey closes on
August 8, 2006. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the "Software for IA"
survey. That survey is now closed, and we plan to publish the
results shortly on the IA Institute web site.

The results of earlier surveys are summarized and available on the
IA Institute web site:

Many thanks,

Editorial Assistant
