Thanks for the input.
Well, the client did mentione they had photoshop, so with that in mind, one 
would normally assume, they would have been able to open up any psd 
document/image.
With that in mind, I actually dod resolve the situation.
Now, I will just have everything set in jpg format, no relying on anyone 
saying they have anything digital (software). This will just resolve the problem.
