Haven't we all learned by now that Jakob Nielsen can be counted on for making broad stroke statements that leave many of us saying to our clients, "Yes, but..." ? As usual, Jakob's comments have merits that we should collectively discuss, but they always seem to come across as grenades launched from the ivory tower.
