Hi Blaine, A similar discussion is ongoing here on the IxDA List: http://gamma.ixda.org/discuss.php?post=20653 It IS including product groups, but also agencies. BTW, I find that product groups are much more influential than agencies these days. Apple & Google for example are setting the standard more more than anything coming out of agencies. But agencies are easier to track when it comes to process as agencies are open and product groups are closed.
