An interesting and relevant question, Dan, since the very notion of user experience as a viable concept remains problematic. Being the very top in an uncertain field is a lot like balancing oneself on the peak of a pyramid of ping-pong balls. Interesting also that these firms are unresolved among themselves on the meaning and thus the worth of "UX." Fascinating working out of a paradigm -- or a paradox.
