3rd Annual Online Customer Engagement Report

Tomorrow is the last day of this year's Online Customer Engagement 
survey and it would be great if some people from the group could 
spare 5 mins to take the survey.

This year it is available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Greek.

All participants will get an advanced copy of the full report 
(normally £150/$260).

The final report will include the results plus commentaries from a 
number of international industry commentators.

The survey is organised by E-consultancy and cScape and all entries
