Hey there,
I just came back from a great UXnet F2F, First Friday NYC event. I had
a nice conversation with Victor Lombardi and it inspired this blog
entry ... The crux of it that if we are going to succeed as
practitioners we need to find better ways to articulate what we do. We
have done a lot to talk about value statements but this article is a
step in the direction to clarify our message by continuing a journey
towards removing our jargon and our dual meaning (general = specific)
terminology.

This is not about the word "user" or "experience". I know
"experiencing design" is much more accurate. And that we are humans,
and not users. But this is more about the other side of this term,
User Experience.

Anyway, take a look and I'd be interested in feedback either on-list or on blog.
