Deals like this don't happen overnight, and they owe it
to their userbase to spell out their plans. I've invested
not just money in buying their programs, but in training
and support. If they're going to drop this or that app
they owe it to their users to tell them.

If you work in Dreamweaver/GoLive or Illustrator/Freehand
this may be quite an issue. Yes they won't drop Flash or
Photoshop - but the two sets of apps above do have loyal
users who have a right to know and plan accodingly.

Also the main product lines of both companies aren't huge,
so you can't tell me that they don't already have ideas.
So it would be professional of them to share this with
their customers.
