Yeah, I just tried it again and it's working... I'm not sure why I was 
having problems before, but I really didn't spend a lot of time on it so 
it might have been anything.

Another option is to create a symbolic link in the docroot of the 
webserver to point to the VFS path.  There are tradeoffs to each.
