Download of Full image doesn't seem to work

Hi,

I've installed the latest Horde and ansel from the CVS. I successfully  
uploaded an Image to a gallery and can see the Image in Thumbnail and  
screen-mode.
But when I try to download the full image I only get a File with zero length.

What did I do wrong?
