If you are using 3.3.2, then you must use the FRAMEWORK_3 branch of  
Ansel. Ansel was recently branched in preparation for a 1.0 release  
cycle, but we haven't started producing snapshots for that branch yet.  
There is a pending request to do this at  
http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/7815 which shouldn't take long to get to.

In the meantime, you will have to use cvs directly following the  
instructions on http://horde.org/source/using.php...and be sure to use  
the "-r FRAMEWORK_3" argument.
