Cannot modify header information

Following on from this problem I have solved it by editing php.ini by changing
zlib.output_compression = Off
to
zlib.output_compression = On

Is this the right thing to do or will it cause any more problems.

I have installed Ansel 1.0-RC1 with php5 on Ubuntu 8.04 Horde 3.2.2 and all
works fine except for the following errors I keep getting in the apache
error log file -

PHP Warning:  Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by
(output started at /usr/share/horde/ansel/templates/common-header.inc:11) in
Unknown on line 0, referer:
http://kmiles.co.uk/horde/ansel/view.php?gallery=15&view=Gallery&slug=&year=0&month=0&day=0&page=2

Can anyone please help with this.
