Configuration Questions

Ok guys, I'm now working on getting Babel integrated into the local Horde 
installation. I've got several users who need some type of translation services 
(not all of them are fluent in english) and I went through the docs but there 
isn't much. I looked through the sql scripts and it seems that another database 
is built (outside of the horde database, where everything else is). 
I presume i should run the sql scripts (they look ok to use with mysql) and go 
from there? 

How alive is this project and what needs to be done?
