Languages mailinterface

Hi Guys

I use the horde mailinterface in my website which is
in three languages (also in Russian).

Altough there is a possibility to see the log in
screen in many different languages it is not obvious
to configure the system so, that a user consulting for
example the Russian page, sees the mailinterface in
Russian by default, a user consulting the dutch page
sees the page in Dutch by default.

Is there anyone who can help me with adjusting this??
