Remote calendars can be added to Kronolith but none of them can be set  
as "default".

Whnm importing a new calendar event from an email (from an attached  
ics file) IMP automatically imports the event to the user's default  
Horde Calendar, there is no option to select any other one.

Proposed enchancement:
(1) Mark any available local or remote calendar as "default"
(2) Have a drop down list in IMP of the available calendars
(2.1) Drop down list of available calendars plus the option to mark  
one as the default
