Problem: with passwd, one can set nearly every character into a  
password. IMAP defines passwords have to be 7bit, but some devices  
(apple, also horde) will change to UTF-8 instead, when a password for  
instance contains the char §. The login with such a password into the  
IMAP server will fail.
So, it would be really helpful to have the possibility to limit the  
availabe characters to letters, numbers and some unproblematic symbols.
