Sending read receipt is not handling errors correctly and will print  
'everything is ok' message even when there was an error and receipt  
was not send. How to reproduce:
1.) Set invalid address in the field 'The default e-mail address to  
use with this identity:' of identify preferences.
2.) Try sending read receipt.
