I have two snags with the Horde email interface.

The most obvious one is "error when communicating with server". This  
is happening more and more frequently almost every time I write and  
answer an email.

Receiving email seems fine. However there seems to be some timeout  
that is getting shorter and shorter. Over the past couple weeks, I  
learned I had to write and send an answer very quickly lest I lose the  
connecting.

Please help me fix this major snag.
