I think you need to sit down and learn the difference between
"fileroot" and "webroot".  Then, think about your Apache
configuration.  It's really not a hard problem, and it seems like
every time you send your configurations to the mailing list, you've
gone and changed multiple variables at once without understanding what
you're doing.
