RE: Chora check-in capability

I have attached a zip containing instructions and all needed source.  I have also added an example to add permissions for a user at a given location (with an example screen-shot).

Just a quick warning:  The source I started with was from mid to late December.  I am not up-to-date with changes that have occurred since then.  Let me know if there are any question regarding any of the added functionality.
