Ok Im not sure if this is a problem with the code.
When adding permissions for chora, it displays ->
'chora' was added to the permissions system.
Edit permissions for ''

I select the "Guest Permissions" tab, select the read checkbox, and 
click update.
Then I get this ->
Updated ''.
Error  Attempt to edit a non-existent permission.

The logs doesn't mention anything about this.
