I changed the path for svn within chora's config to /usr/local/bin/svn
Now its outputting an error ->
svn: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL svn: Unable to open 
repository 'file:///source/svn/trunk' svn: Berkeley DB error while 
opening environment for filesystem /source/svn/db:

Im investigating this...
