That page also says that "If the command to be executed could not be found, a valid resource is returned.". So, apparently it is having trouble executing "/usr/bin/svn ls 'file:///usr/local/svnroot/repos/MyRepo/' 2>&1". I tried executing that by hand and it worked fine.
