  Log:
  Fix widget toggle. This was sort-of related to guest access, but the bigger
  issue was the toggle javascript code was never changed to take into account
  there could be more than one toggle-able widget. And with guest access,
  the action widget isn't always visable, hence the url to send the ajax request
  to was missing.
