For any MIME related changes/fixes, please be sure to port he changes  
into the git branch also.  I try to keep track of CVS commits, but  
there is no guarantee I can catch them all and failure to do so means  
that these fixes are lost in HEAD.

FWIW, there is no need to make these fixes to CVS HEAD MIME anymore.   
That package is no longer maintained and is only present in CVS to  
allow applications that haven't been switched over to Horde 4 to work  
for the time being.
