I guess where I disagree here is that I feel that CVS HEAD *is* Horde 4 code - even if it hasn't been totally refactored, improved, whatever. If people are running HEAD, they are running Horde 4 - and thus will need the git code. That being said, if using Git code in an application is grounds for moving it into Git, then I, personally, don't have any objections to moving the application.
