Log:
Don't consider it an error if there is no facebook connection for the current
user when calling the postupload hook, also, don't attempt to publish images
that are not in publicly accessable galleries. Should probably also add a
user pref to allow the user to decide to opt-out of publishing, even if they
have a connected fb account.
