  With recent Horde_Config changes, these Horde_Form properties *must* be
  marked as protected to avoid fatal errors in the config UI.
  
  I had to leave _sections public though, since Horde_Form_Renderer currently
  needs to access it.
  
  The whole H_Form library needs to be refactored, but this at least lets me
  back in to my config for now.
