Partial merge from git revision d1fb290f4e13496f8fb10bf3f538fdfd1d740b42.
Ignore the $id parameter in Horde_Image - it is not necessary and causes all
kinds of problems with image effects - most evident with effects that produce
transparent backgrounds. (Git totally removes the parameter, but cannot do that
in FW_3 for bc reasons).
