I'm pretty sure this is getting worse lately because some large  
providers have updated Horde, and more important: CPanel and Plesk  
have updated Horde.
We are getting a lot more requests to the LLC too now, because of this.

It's just some background noise that has to be filtered out, at least  
where the issue is about either things that already changed years ago,  
or about installations that have been upgraded by someone else and  
have not been configured properly.
