Same issue here. And on the user side I am getting errors on the 
ActiveSync devices settings:

Call to a member function listDevices() on a non-object

1. Horde_ErrorHandler::catchFatalError()

and also on the ActiveSync devices administration, but I suppose the 
last two are due to a not updated conf.php file.
