No more critical error.

Juste a block with "Block not enabled." which is fine.
(not having the block title is a bit confusing, to know which block is
in error... don't know if it is possible to run $block->getTitle() in
the catch part...);

Any release of Horde_Core with this fix planed soon ?
(else i will very probably apply the patch in the package of the
current version)
