Forgot about this.  Was asked to write this a few months ago and, lo  
and behold, I discovered it actually exists

For the record, IMP 7/Horde 6 should be EAI compliant.  UI needs work  
- part of what that article is about - but the backend tools (IMAP,  
SMTP, MIME, Mail parsing) shouldn't be a limiting issue.
