AFAIK, Horde_DAV 1.1.2 still provides sabre/dav 1.8.10
=> https://github.com/horde/horde/tree/master/framework/Dav/bundle

Latest upstream for 1.8.x is 1.8.12,
but only 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0 seems maintained.
=> http://sabre.io/dav/install/

I understand raising dependency on PHP 5.4 can be an issue.

I notice an old pull request

What are the plan for this important component in Horde ?
